Chantel L. Fitting

Chantel Fitting graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelors of Arts degree.  She continued her education at Hastings College of the Law where she received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1999.  She has practiced civil litigation exclusively for over 10 years with an emphasis on personal injury cases, developing an expertise in evaluating the medical aspects of cases.  Her professionalism has not only gained the respect of her colleagues, but many physicians throughout the Bay Area often refer their patients to Ms. Fitting because of how well-versed she is with medical claims.

Ms. Fitting has successfully tried jury cases and arbitrations in several San Francisco Bay Area counties.  She is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and was nominated for Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2005.  Ms. Fitting serves on the Board of Directors of the San Mateo Trial Lawyers Association.  Her participation in the annual CAOC seminars not only engages its members, but also educates them on current, paramount topics by keynote speakers coordinated by Ms. Fitting's efforts.
