Chantel Fitting received a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis and a Juris Doctorate degree from Hastings College of the Law. She has practiced civil litigation exclusively for 7 years with an emphasis in personal injury cases.

Ms. Fitting has successfully tried jury cases and arbitrations in several San Francisco Bay Area counties. She is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and was nominated for Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2005. Ms. Fitting is also a member of the Board of Directors of the San Mateo Trial Lawyers Association.
