After honing his trial skills in the courtroom in criminal law, Tristan turned to civil practice and has spent the last several years as a plaintiff's attorney specializing in employment law. Tristan joined forces with our firm to fight for the rights of employees who have been treated unlawfully by their employers. Tristan leads our employment litigation practice and specializes in employment cases including FEHA, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination, and has recovered significant compensation for his clients. Tristan's empathy for his clients, as well as his trial experience make him perfectly suited to support his clients' claims by articulating their story and presenting their damages in a thoughtful and clear manner.
Tristan attended the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is a member of the California State Bar and Texas State Bar. In his spare time, Tristan likes to build furniture and spend time with family.
